Was told by one of my good friends at uni that I should to work on the young'uns (17-18) first before I start on the big league of girls my own age, to gain confidence or whatever. Its hard though, because they cannot do many things over 18's can and how can you spot them???? Apparently my mate can just by watching them, if they are inexperienced or not and then point them out using the peripherals etc.

Yuck.

My advice Adie, would be to stop treating ladies as a different species, and start by just talking to them (And LISTENING). Also lose some weight.

Agreed.

What a grotesquely unpleasant thread this is, and yet some people are evidently surprised that women aren't queuing up to go out with them.

Exactly!!!

Adrie, if you want to date someone, you need to learn to RESPECT them. From what you're saying, you're going after them like a piece of meat - it's really groce.

I never implied 'bitches' as a derogatory term. You did! I respect women, I love women so much we can't even talk about them to other guys or friends?

But I forgot to add, certain things we say aren't talked about on front of them.

But what Laura's trying to say is that this thread has essentially condemned women as objects of lust, no more, no less. As though we're on the planet merely for the satisfaction of men.

1066, trust me, women quite often have brains, and can TELL when you're approaching them with one objective in mind. You might think you're being subtle, trust me, you're not.

How about you try making some female friends first, before attempting to turn your charms on them?

PS I'm struggling to think of a context in which "bitches" might NOT be construed as derogatory, other than when talking about Crufts contestants, but no, I can't find one.

My considered opinion is that Aids should go for a girl of the same mental age.
