[Albion] Mobile ST disappeared

Hi

My ST has disappeared, tried to download forbidden. Resent by the ticket office, tried two different phones and the ticket pops up but when I click add nothing happens.

I’ve not had this issue before with any mobile tickets, anyone else experiencing a similar issue?

Just checked my ticket and it was showing as Wolves. A simple refresh helped mine.

Have you checked the 'expired tickets' section? On an iphone if you scroll to the very bottom of the wallet there will be a link to expired passes if you have them. You can then click on the ticket, click on the three dots and drag down to refresh.

[Albion] - ST updated for tonight’s game?

My season ticket doesn’t seem to have updated for tonight’s game from Wolves. It’s on auto update so unsure why. Anyone else in the same boat or know how to fix it without phoning the club? Thanks!

Just checked mine and it said Man U with 16:30 KO. Panic until I realised that was my Wembley ticket.

Season ticket says Man U 4th May but no kick off time!

My season ticket still shows Wolves. No problems getting through the barrier though
