3 games in 6 days takes it's toll.

Btw did anyone else think the ball crossed the line when the Derby keeper stepped back catching it?

I was nearly in line, definitely didn't cross the line. There was blatant handball in the 1st half by a Derby defender that the linesman chose to ignore though

I forgot about that, yes, we should have been given a penalty.

Everybody's right in a way. Derby certainly should have been put away and were clearly playing for a point as the game wore on. However they missed a pen and the ricochet from El Abd/Blaney was very fortunate against their goaly not being called upon to make one save.
Summarising, (for MM's benefit) this certainly was a bad day at the office, but slipping thru' the trap door will become that much more inevitable if we don't soon compensate for these with an increased percentage of good ones.

Once the penalty didn't go in I thought this was going to be the day we sneaked a win ! and nearly did with Jakey but despite being dissapointed with another draw we did not deserve to win.

So I agree with MM.

It would have been a harsh decision though; we would have moaned like hell about it if it had been given against Brighton. The fella didn't have much chance to get his hands out of the way.

Actually, let me be the weekend's NSC scapegoat. Blame me as yesterday was the first game I've seen this season. Sadly I'll be at Watford next week too.

The ball was travelling and it probably was ball to hand but I've seen us concede like that and we really need a bit of luck or a bad decision at the moment. Be interested to see the OGH one on the Championship. Although Hart was right behind him, I think the Derby player was looking for the penalty. Not convinced he was pushed.

That's good news. I'd take a draw at Watford
