no one is dropping clues as to where anyone can meet my daughter. for your information there are over 40 bars / clubs in swindon and about 15 - 20 in the vicinity of walkabout. as I said if you do not like this topic do not read it.

and keep your little comments inside your little head,

Playtime will be over soon go back to class

Give it a rest mate. You're not doing yourself any favours. You're revealing more and more about yourself with every post rather than making anyone else feel childish or small.

I've given my opinion as i saw it and it's obviously touched a nerve.

If you think modelling has nothing to do with promoting yourself as a sex object then you're living in a dreamworld. I'm sure this is why you asked everybody on here to vote. You know it's male dominated.

Once again, i wish her luck and look forward to the bikini pics as promised.....

correct you have hit a nerve with your childish immature remarks,
how have I revealed anything about myself? I do not hide behind false or fake names. why am I worried about my id being revealed? do I expect queues of guys from brighton outside my door? I dont think so.
all you know is I live in swindon and there are 30-40 pubs or clubs. you my friend are a total jerk and yes that is an insult..

she is 17 nearly 18 she entered the competition on her own so its up to her what she does, so yes I am touting for text votes for her, parents have pride in the kids and will do anything to help then achieve their dreams.
I am guessing you have no kids and so do not understand that.

and also to inform you further there is no bikini round that has been dropped and its a sportswear round, read the first post!!!

or read www.bcnews.co.uk

no more will be heard from me with regards to your childish remarks.

I'd say the people who think its dodgy should think about WHY they think its dodgy. The only reason you have a problem with it is cos of how you're looking at it.

a bit of respect for someone's daughter would be nice. the only people who have turned this thread into anything other than what it originally started out as are the ones claiming its 'dodgy'.

AP. The problem I have is not with his daughter, or with her wish to be a model or to win this contest. I wish her the best of luck. I simply questioned whether it was right to have this thread as a sticky, and quite frankly the way swindonseagull was touting her gave me the creeps. If that makes me "dodgy", "bigoted" and "childish" then I guess I am.

i wasn't having a go at anyone in particular, but why does it 'give you the creeps'?

its your own perception of it you should worry about i would have thought. why are you assuming there's anything dodgy about it?

oh FFS i can't be bothered. How are you supposed to have a reasoned argument with somebody who can't argue intelligently? You're banging on about completely irrelevent shit and making up things that haven't been said. Well not by me anyway.

Alan Partridge, nobodies said it's dodgy. I just don't think i would have paraded my daughter on a male based message board to get more votes with the promise of swimwear pics?? Read the whole thread, the evidence is there. And to think it isn't appealing to peoples base instincts is just nieve.

This toast and marmalade is nice. Crisp, but not burnt and the marmalade DOES have shreds, none of that shredless rubbish.

good morning. :)

oh, by the way, i think Francesca Thomas from Brentwood should win. She is very SEXY.

Samantha Hoy from Waltham Abbey looks like one of the Olsen twins, which is nice. :)

EDITED because I can't spell the word 'one'. :dunce:

its all a bit creepy! i for one would want to keep my daughter away form this sort of shit rather than push them into it! If your not gonna make it as a super model, you'll more than likely just go down a sleezy route!

full harris post the link and let me see who should win

good luck to her, if she's confident about her looks and that is what she wants to do then i dont see a problem about it. As long as she's got her head screwed on to the fact that she will be turned down for jobs more than she'll be accepted for them and can handle that then its ok. Modelling is an extremely harsh environment to be around, with pressures on always changing your look and keeping trim. I certainly couldnt do it if i was pretty enough - but as long as she enjoys it theres nothing wrong with it imho.

Keep us updated with how she does :)
