Is it me, or the clubs (man city) who have all the money can't seem to make one of their players smile! Its just sad tbh. What's your views on it?

Man City seems like the clash of the egos to me, Must be very hard to build morale & team spirit amongst a bunch of big heads.
There must also be a bit of a fear culture there looking at the way certain players have/are being hounded out.
