this is based on the 9 times table work it out 90 to 99 the answer is 81 , 80 to 89 = 72, 70 to 79= 63 and so on down the scale then look at the symbols they are all the same for this series of numbers ie 81=$ 72=$ and so on not that clever when you spot the series

WOW!

1. Think of a number between 1 and 9.
2. Multiply it by 9.
3. If there are 2 digits, add them together.
4. Take away 5 from your number!
5. Find your letter, A=1 B=2 C=3 etc.
6. Think of a country begining with that letter...

... Denmark?:lolol:

Exactly, it's a well used formula, just done in a slightly different way with the symbols. Bit like taking a classic magic trip and just presenting it slightly differently.

number ab

ab - b = 10a

10a - a = 9a

Therefore whatever number you choose will always be a multiple of nine. All of these multiples have the same symbol.

... I've worked out how to do it!

The only possible answers are:
0
9
16
18
20
27
36
40
45
46
54
63
72
81
86

These always have the same picture as each other. For example, 21-3=18 and 22-4=18 and 23-5=18...
