Can't believe the fuss over one game less than 100 miles away being brought forward by a few hours. Even if you finish work at 5pm you'd easily get there in time from Brighton.

The fact that we're playing Hartlepool AWAY on the Easter bank holiday is surely far more of an inconvenience...at least for those who travel by train to games.

if we think we have a decent away following 1,111 for a game 60 miles away on a cheap train on a saturday in the capital is not that decent, forget what the others take! shame as it's a decent day.now chuck a few stats at me and call me a tosser but thats the truth:bigwave:

We get 5-6k at home & 1111 at an away game thats what, 18-20% of the home crowd were at milwall, which is very impressive.
Deluded tosser. :tosser: :tosser:

He isn't deluded.

1111 to a game that takes an hour to get to on a Saturday afternoon isn't very many. For some reason, many off our fans are put off by the hooligan reputation of Milwall.

Is the Southend switch not because Southend have a preference for Friday Night Football as they have so many part time fans?
