I actually have. On a flight to Mexico with my Ex Wife. I had told the stewardess that I had to have a dressing changed during the flight as I had had an operation & sure enough she was never going to question it so after an hour or so I reminded her & advised her that my wife would need to do the neccessary changing of the dressing.
It was tight in there I can tell you. The cubicle wasn't very roomy either! Seriously it was really cramped & the only manageable way was just to give it to her from behind whilst standing up. Much giggling & "Ahh"ing later out we came to the look of "I fell for it didn't I?" from the stewardess but she thought it pretty amusing through her embarrassment. Quite why she was still stood there I don't know.
But that made me a full member of the mile high club.
