Just seen that Paul Brooker has been released by Brentford, maybe he's one of those potential deals Knight mentioned in the Argus?

Or maybe he'll sign for Rushden & Diamonds instead.

Would have to agree that there is little point now... I know it won't happen, but I would love for us to find a better strike partner for Forster... the many striker alternatives we have are all good but are they good enough?
