Microsoft Outlook/Word Help

Any Outlook/Word experts out there?

I'm being driven to insanity by the damn software - my e-mail signature reverts to Times New Roman every time I create an e-mail, even though it's definitely set to Calibri. I can open the editor (either the basic or advanced one) and it shows up normally with all the text in Calibri. Click "new message" though, and there it is in TNR.

Other than turning it off and on again, throwing it out of the window, or just crying like a little girl at my desk, does anyone have any ideas?

Without looking, I know there are different options for differnent things, e.g. my current set-up includes a sig in new mails, but not when I'm replying.

Thanks - I had a look around at that, but I've got it switched off for replying too, so that doesn't seem to make any difference.
