Errr... neither of those goals were down to the FDM, or his organisation of the defence...

He was number two behind Roberts two years ago, he has had a very serious injury and he's now 32 years old.
I still rate Michel and he had a great game tonight for the reserves. I hope he does make his way back into the first team but I still rate Henderson better.

I seem to recall FDM and Roberts fighting it out for the number 1 spot in our 1st team... I don't think it was ever as clear-cut as you make it sound, except towards the end of our play-off winning season... anyway, FDM is the best keeper we have at the club, and I would rather see Flo flounce out, than the FDM leave... just a reminder - Henderson hasn't signed...

I hope we sign Henderson, but I would call his/his agent's bluff NOW... sign TODAY, or forget it... as I said earlier, monies to be re-allocated to striker fund if Henderson doesn't sign...

FDM is an excellent keeper, and should be reinstated to the 1st team immediately, assuming Henderson does not sign... Flo can flounce out of the club (as he suggested he might) as far as I am concerned... he is a clown, IMHO...

Rushden & Diamonds - Keeper deal imminent

Rushden & Diamonds are believed to be poised to sign Brighton goalkeeper Michel Kuipers.

The Diamonds watched Kuipers in action for the Seagulls' reserves on Wednesday, where he made a string of fine saves in a 0-0 draw with Reading.

And, with Brighton on the verge of signing Wayne Henderson from Aston Villa, Kuipers could be set to move to Nene Park in the January transfer window.
