FFS!!!

I moved to Reigate in April and we've got mice AGAIN. I've caught three in the playroom in 2 days, and the wife is acting like a feckin handbag.

I'm telling you, we're CLEAN people. We do the hoovering and EVERYTHING. Where's the justice?

The better half had mice everywhere in her old flat. She called the council who were very good - they sent the ratcatcher round and gave out poison/traps etc. She also had one of those squeaky electronic gadgets.

Best thing was when one of them had been caught in the traps: she'd go screaming off into the bedroom like the maid in Tom and Jerry while I had to deal with the corpse -the smell was sometin' else - the no-nonsense traps tended to bash their guts out onto the floor and in the summer it all got a bit sticky.

Seems to be a recurring thing in older London buildings - when I lived near Borough tube station, I used to feel the mice running over my duvet at night. The little tinkers.

A friend of mine at Poly in Leeds once felt something furry at his feet in bed. It was a RAT.

Mind you he was the smelliest, filthiest twat I've ever met. And he was from the Isle of Man, so clearly very odd.

The cats kept staring at the plinth in the kitchen just before christmas.Eventually we looked and were met with a sight that sends me into a cold flush even now.a dead mouse with tiny maggots coming out of everywhere. We're clean people.

Our previous place was a terrace house and the little blighters used to go from loft to loft. They would then go down a waste pipe which led to behind the kitchen.I think they were attracted to the bird seed.It all started from a couple of houses away and they multiply very quickly.Laid lots of poision and had a trap which dealt with them all but only if everyone else in the other houses did the same.
If you are terracced then speak to your neighbours.

The pesky little varmints..briefly suffered from the same a few years ago, saw one scampering from the lounge into the kitchen.

I created a killing zone that involved two types of poison and two different traps, they really had no chance.
