why the abuse?

yes i am from Sardegna, from Nuoro but have lived for many years in Milan where I watch wonderful football.

i am in Brighton to study and have watched the Albion at the stadium at withdean.

the reason brighton is in the championship is because they won the playoffs final in wales. we won that because we finished third. therefore, we were not good enough to finish second and go up with automatic qualification. we won a cup becausewe were not good enough to finish second!!!!

if we win a cup again in the playoffs it would be fun but no good in the long run.

to the people givin me abuse i would like to say i have gotten used to this since coming to england but unfortunately it hurts every time.

go to milan and watch exceelent football and see how you are meant to treat visitors who have chosen your club

Try and develop a thick skin - there are rather a lot of people on here (like most web messageboards) who will fling insults and abuse given the slightest opportunity.

If you can see past that nonsense, there are occasionally some very interesting discussions, and even less often, ones about football!
