Interesting article this I read in the Liverpool Echo. Up here at the moment.

Any thoughts? Personally Messi I think beats him but interestingly Shankly said he was the best striker ever and would never be beaten. The types of game he scored in include some interesting ones, like "England trial games" but they were all still competitive and whether better than Messi I think he runs him close.

Surely an extraordinary feat, but I think at the time they used to play with 5 forwards and the score would end up 8-3 and things like that. Anyway, I've just learned that Brian Clough scored 259 goals in 270 games before injured at 27. Probably the best coach in history. You have to be to get Derby at the bottom of the championship and win the Premier the following, and because that wasn't enough, he decided to take Forest from the bottom of the championship and win two champions league in three years!!. And playing great football also. Anyway, even so, come on Seagulls! Try to enjoy the football tomorrow. We'll be following you!. Up with the Albion!! 3-1.
