you can add channels to sky to give you different regions. Im outwith meridian but can get it through add channels facility. Used to have it before changed to Sky + but cant remember frequency numbers and the like.

Since when has Sarfend been in the Meridian region? I lived near there for a while and it was always Anglia....it's Essex FFS.
