it all started at 7.45 this morning.....

young mejona and biscuit were standing at a bus stop when they noticed a car with its hazard lights on just dumped in the middle of the road. when discussing whether to ring the police a foreigh chap with his family suddenly looked alert and asked 'am i not allowed to park there?'.

'no' was the stern reply from biscuit and he explained y not!. the man then had the cheak to ask me to drive his car up the hill into the bus stop to which us youths told him where he could shove that idea. anyway we caught the bus believing the man would move his car....how wrong we were.

at precisely 4 o clock we begun to once again ride up to the spot on the bus when eagle-eyed biscuit remarked 'surely that aint the same car again guv' ' to which one replyed 'tis my chap and hark! there is a police veichal near it!' so we made the brave decision to jump off the bus and talk to the three baffled coppers.

we explained how we had seen this car previously and its owner and using biscuits camara fone (quickly deleting the 'naughty' pics) we showed him our evidence of the car. we gave our details to the officer and we then set on our way qwith a warm glow inside, but never mind the curry, we had done something good for the public of saltdean!

so we were now setting off to lovely brighton to the march. not just hoping to join in with the frolocing fans but also to get some serious work done (are you still awake?)

we were planning to film our documentary on the fight for falmer but sadly we had been told the policeman interviewing us earlier that it was likely that we would not be allowed. but fear not he was now our freind in high places and said that if we had camara use rejected we could ring him and he would let us!!!

no need though as yorkie recomended a nice police officer who allowed us to film...and boy did we film. achieving many great shots of the crowds, fans of all ages, and best of all the stars!!

to name but a few interview subjects

mickey adams(the legend gave us a great speech!)
mark mcghee(the man himself with a great bit of talking for the cause)
martin perry(passionate for the cause)
dick knight(squeezed us in between 5live and a tv interview)
guy butters(well sort of he gave a one word reply)
adam hinshelwood(talking and walking..marvellous)
michel kuipers(a great interview)
and many labour mp's for mid sussex etc!!!!

what a fantastic day and what a fantastic 'A' we will get for our coursework!!!

The cops were probably more scared of two "youths" getting off a bus than they would be of the cars owners. You weren't wearing the new shirt and a burbery hat, were you?

Biscuit looks a bit chavvy from what I've seen (two photos on roz's site I think it was)

I just look like its 1998, so I scare everyone - police, old ladies, children, small animals....

Odd about Guy Butters, I spoke to him and Adam Hinschelwood on the seafront and Guy was possitively chatty. Leon said 'Hi' too.

Hah! So you wanted a Tea from Subway on your way to the Falmer march, yes?

I think it was more a case of wanting a tea, and a Subway in our nice new ground at Falmer!
