i was told that a 'culprit' was nicked at the end and recieved a caution...

He didn't get cautioned, they took his address and threatened to send him a Christmas card, and they also threatened to phone his mum.

The fact that all but one steward thought it was a laugh and didn't give a toss had something to do with it.
