People will say his ideas will bring in more cash for the Albion, but I for one am starting to enjoy the Amex experience less and less. I dont like being a milked for money I am not a cash cow! I now refuse to purchase any food or drink until they sort the prices out.

As far as I am aware, all he was saying in the programme was that in a small minority, behaviour was crossing the acceptable boundaries. What on earth was wrong with that? A fan gets a five year ban for racist comments in the family stand. Are you saying he is entitled to do that. Was he unaware of the problems with racist comments bearing in mind recent high profile cases.
As for service and price, yes we all would like it cheaper and they got the pricing wrong at the start of the season and then dropped them, albeit still higher than last year although £6.75 for a pie and pint is not too bad. The service comments have presumably been answered to some extent by the fact Azure have been sacked.

His introduction (although im not against him) has brought in some weird decisions. The Gullys dressed in yellow, Program prices went up I think, Text MOTM to win a prize bellowed out over the PA system at 85 mins. Just he needs to leave the football side as every time Im going it feels like were being told to Spend Spend Spend.
Heaven forbid my Mrs starts going to the football shes bad enough in the sales with all the marketing going on up there I would be skint!
