Which media player do you use?

I used to use iTunes until I realised it was a bucket of shite so now I'm back on a combination of Winamp for listening to stuff and Realplayer for burning CD's.

CRAP poll, should've been the one where you can choose more than one option :)

I use them randomly:

WinAmp
Windows Media Player
MusicMatch Jukebox

I download stuff off Limewire, it pops up in Windows Mediaplayer, and so I use that. Its simple to use, and does everything I need. I also use the "random alchemy" screen thingy when playing music on Windows Mediaplayer, cos its totally psychadelic and AMAZING

I use RealPlayer for playing CD's etc. Though stuff downloaded or saved on the PC I use Winamp.

Actually, to clarify my Winamp vote..

I use VLC on my Mac, XMMS on my SGI Indy and my NetBSD machine, and CL-Amp on BeOS. Winamp is what I use on Windows; but only for audio - use VLC for video....

Multiple options would have been nice

I use Media Player and Real Player but I have separate DVD and CD burning software including a progran that converts MP3 to a format that can be used in a standard CD player.

Is that something you downloaded, or bought ? I could do with something like that.

Eh??

All good media players can do that.

It's called CD burning.

WMP, Winamp, iTunes, RealPlayer and probably most of the others can all do that.

I can burn it onto a CD no problem, but it doesn't work in most CD players I have in the house. The CD's I burn only work in my daughters bloody karaoke machine.

It was packaged in with a DCD burning software I have. What makes it different is that it'll burn a DVD to work on both North American and European formats for playing on TV.

Don't think so, check it as I could be wrong but I know that what I have does work. Also the DVD burning software will work on TVs on both sides of the Atlantic.

Eh, ALL good DVD burning software burns as Region 0 or Region 255, meaning it'll work in any DVD player anywhere in the world.

And 95% of 'integrated' media players will burn mp3's/whatever formats they support to audio CD
