I will love to see when he gets hounded out of this club the next manager get us relegated and manage to f*** up the half-decent squad MM has created.

A new manager would still be faced with all the same problems and constraints McGhee has. I'll stick with the fella who has the track record thanks.

Where do we get him from? :jester:

In. We are within a whisker of safety, having been odds on favourites to go down. We are not down until it is mathematically impossible to survive.

I get fed up with these polls. How many managers stick around when they have next to nothing to spend and have crap facilities? and please don't come back with, he doesn't have any other offers on the table....

The half decent squad?

The squad is weaker than at this time last year. Sure we have some more talented players in Carole and Frutos, but there are big gaps, we are top heavy with poor strikers.

And as for f***ing up I think he's doing that too, the spirit that has been the hallmark of this club for the last few years seems to have evaporated.

Notice you didn't have the guts to put one of these up after the Leeds result. Crept back under your rock that day, eh?

Says who, the clown sitting on Swansea's bench nursing a right hook from Trundle? :lolol:

Not sure who you're reffering to, but petty jibes don't really make you look big or clever.

Not sure it is weaker than last year, I think Lynch is a better player than Harding and we only lost Virgo elsewhere hes the only player who we miss. We added a poor striker (Turinezo) but lost another (Molango). So no more top heavy than last year.

Not sure about team spirit, Reading Reidy's piece in the programme today said that the team spirit is fine.

If the squad is weaker at all, it's only because we've lost Harding and Virgo. What could Mcghee have done about that?

Some people need a reality check. Look at some of the clubs we have scrapped with in the not too distant past, and then say how badly Albion's been run over the past couple of seasons.

Clubs like Bristol City, Rotherham, Swindon and Grimsby.

Burnley without Akinbiyi is the best example I've seen this season as to why we are where we are, they were not even as good as us.They are likely to do a Crewe without Ashton and plummet.

Tonight was dire and we have a very good chance of getting relegated. We knew that before the season started, so why is it such a suprise to some posters that we are struggling?

The kind of striker we can afford is not going to be good enough to make a big difference to what we already have.
