Apparently set to train with some Championship clubs this week with a view to a move in January... could one of them be us?

I heard last week that he might be coming down to Brighton to train from a friend of mine who lives up that way, but he wasn't sure because of their managerial upheavals. Wouldn't read too much into it tbh although I think he would be a handy addition given the possibility of losing Dunk next month. He had a bad start at Sunderland apparently and didn't do too well out on loan so there is every prospect they would be happy to cancel his contract. He also plays left back of course.
