You tell me, he played consistently at centre mid in pre-season for Brighton and in EFL Trophy, are you saying he's now a winger?

I’m saying SG play 4-2-3-1 and unless I’m mistaken he’s played most, if not all games, as one of the wider players in the 3.
IIRC was the same at his previous club too.

Well I think it's very unlikely he'll play as one of our wingers in our preferred system - his skill set is 6 or 8 but he reminds me so much of Caicedo, really looking forward to him making an impact for us next season, the kind of strong and athletic midfielder you need at our level

No market for it but I would still bet he goes out on loan again in August, for at least half a season if not a full season.

The similarity to Caicedo is a good one. For a defensive player he is remarkably frequently found around the opposition penalty area
 


No market for it but I would still bet he goes out on loan again in August, for at least half a season if not a full season.
We'll have to see who stays and who goes permanently I guess before thoughts turn to that
