Yes they will be £3 again this season.
Currently there is no option to buy them via the smart card from the conventional sellers. its cash only from the sellers on match days.
Not sure if the shop will sell them with the 10% off option though.

I should think they will (or they'd better do). It does say ALL purchases using the card. Doesn't say anything about any exceptions.
