I think it deserves a thread of it's own.

First the comedy throw, then the scurried recovery, and then finally the look of shame that he knew he would be ripped for it for months to come by the unforgiving combination of Dunk and Duffy.

Hopefully someone will come along with a joyous GIF of the moment.

I didn't know that was a rule. So if a keeper has the ball, drops it to his feet and is then closed down by an opponent he can't pick it up again?

They wouldn’t have been. They’d have just all done their clackers extra fast.

Yep if he’s have touched the ball first they’d have had an indirect free kick!

No, and he hasn't been allowed to since at least 1991.

Agreed ..I’m surprised that Vardy didn’t go down..but then he seemed rather subdued all game
