Can the club please divide p its catchment area, into the 1. B&H area, 2. Cinque Ports /Sussex coastal towns, 3. East Sussex, Mid Sussex, West Sussex County. Then give a person responsibility for selling to each area. Each person running each area must then look at its customer base and look at how to sell to each demographic within that base, whether, children, teenagers, parents or the grey pound?
