I'm running the London marathon for the first time this year. Currently running at least 10k a day and definately feeling the benefits.
I'm not trying to break any records - just want to finish it and raish loads of dosh for my charity 'Children with Leukaemia'. What kind of distance do you recommend I run before the big day? 20 miles max?
Other question - I've just bought some Lucozade energy/carb gel bars. Are they any good?
