Nobody in particular stood out, but my vote goes to Baleba for the ground he covered and the effort and tackling he put in. He looks a very decent prospect.

Pedro ran his socks off and stayed involved, but his miss annoyed me muchly.

No one particularly stood out, I thought there were a few decent performances though.

I went for Pedro despite his miss(es). Constantly running and trying to make things happen, I find him so exciting to watch. Every time he plays he is our most likely goal threat. He’s a rough diamond at the moment. He only turned 22 yesterday, once he’s smoothed off a couple off areas and develops the composure that comes with age and experience, I think he will be unstoppable.

No one stood out. We were so average.
How expectations have changed

Finishing aside I thought we played quite well given the mixture of players and lack of game time for some. I also thought, contrary to most on here, that Buonanotte had a decent first half.

I am struggling to pick a MOTM though, Bart I guess if push comes to shove. Pedro would have been my choice if he hadn’t been Barn Door Billy with his finishing

Pleased to see Tariq getting back to form too.

Veltman or Dunk
Both never put a foot wrong when warming up on the side of the pitch!
Regarding the actual game i would have to say Estupinan probably let me down the least on my birthday.:(

Lamptey for me by a mile. Pervis enthusiastic as ever but boy that first touch isn't as mega reliable as you'd ideally want
