Many years ago me and my friends used to go exploring down those tunnels. Usually someone would panic, then everyone else would panic and start running back to the entrance. They eventually bricked up the entrance because everyone started exploring.
I'm sure some of the tunnels had trap doors which led in to people houses.

Seems there was a police chase earlier, now we have helicopters, ambulances and police cars guessing something is going down, helicopter been above my house for a good hour now, the noise is bloody annoying
There are roads closed not sure what one though
Just let the hostages go and all this will pan out nicely for you.

OK, will have to take a look. Not been in to Newhaven Fort for years either, that's always a good day out.

Ive moved from there , to rough and noisy
just spoke to my mum who lives in Denton, turns out it was all happening at her house!
apparently 2 blokes nicked a car and crashed into another car, ended up legging it down the side of my mums house and one of them got nicked in the front garden while the other jumped into the next door neighbours garden. don't know if they got the second bloke.
