But in a slight defence of the 'missing fans' this is still holiday period and all season tickets are declared even if the holders don't attend. For example I was there with 2 frriends on someone elses season tickets because they were still on holiday.

You could argue they shouldn't go on holiday in the footy season but sometimes people have to.

Don't think it would explain all 1500 missing though but may explain some.
