I do hate the constant rehashing of other teams' songs, but I might make an exception for the one at the top of this thread.

It's been tailored for our player rather than ripped word for word from another club's, and for once, it actually scans, with the emphasis on the correct syllables.

Talking about Man Utd Hand Offs... I watched an interview a few years ago, can't remember what program but they spoke to a professional song writer who wrote songs for the mancs, printed them off and handed them out to groups to learn, who in turn, got the whole crowd singing.

I know a song sheet isn't to everyone's liking, but it worked for that lot of stinking northerners, so why can't it work better daaahn 'ere where we're more classy like?

A local pro song writer?... could ask Norm... Cookster, the fat boy himself.... he might know someone!
