The weather lady from Southampton on BBC Sussex at 7.15 said that there was cloud over the Channel Islands which would move to the Sussex Coast this afternoon and then thundery showers.

In Seaford we must be having an early afternoon. It's thunder & lightning and raining extremely hard.

Probably nowhere near where you are, but Saturday was warm and sunny all day, Sunday warm and sunny all day...forecast today warm and sunny start and risk of a thundery shower this afternoon...at the moment we haven't seen any of the warm and sunny...but at least it isn't raining, yet!

Same here, the grass seems to have pretty much stopped growing already...though I have just come in from the garden as it has started to rain...at least it saves me from having to water anything that isn't in the greenhouse!
