Just seen that Adnan, the cricketing star of the show, is currently making his debut for Lancs Seconds. He's making a decent fist of it too - even though Lancs are being thumped to Blubberhouses and back again. Third stop scorer in the Lancs innings, with a speedy 25 not out and a couple of wickets in the Yorkshire knock.

It's a start: hope the lad makes it as a pro - but there's a long way to go

Had a look at the Flintoff documentary on Disney the other night with never seen before footage of that horrific day at Dunsfold and his recovery and treatments after, fascinating insight to the big man, he consciously put his face to the tarmac to save his neck snapping which of course saved his life but ripped the right side of his face apart
