You can also do it over the phone. I called them on Tuesday and card arrived yesterday with the post.
Had to pay said tenner but my 28 quid on the card was transferred onto the new card.
On a separate note, could not fall asleep last night. Kept dreaming about premiership football (I realise this is a silly thought this early on)

my dad lost his after first game. its £10 to replace card or for £3 u can have a one game tempary card/ ticket (if u feel u might find card)
