I wouldnt call him a loather just a tiresome twat. Most of the anti Kuipers mob just could never handle the fact that he always ended up rewinning the jersey during his lengthy and highly comendable and successful service to us.

Was never impressed by his actions when in direct competition with other keepers but I wouldn't say I loathed him.

Shearer is quite possibly one of the worst g/ks i've ever seen. He makes Smith look like Thomas Ravelli.
He's prob being brought in as cover for FDM cos if he is to replace him if i were Kuipers i'd retire now.

I remember the first time I saw Scott Shearer play, it was at the Memorial Stadium for Rushden against Bristol Rovers and he let in an absolute howler. The ball came in from a corner, he caught it but then inexplicably threw the ball over the line. As you can imagine I was slightly surprised when Bristol signed him a few months later.
