During one of the 'player almost dead' incidents there was a drop ball on the east side and (I think it was Dunk) played the ball forward when, under gentleman's agreements, he was meant to play back to Ryan. The Burnley player almost had a heart attack.

Any player that goes down with a head injury has to be taken off and monitored for 15 minutes to check for signs of concussion.

Simply make the "injured" player go and see a doctor in the dressing room. 5 minutes off the pitch would discourage fakery

Excellent idea introduce a concussion rule so that every player who goes down with a head injury has to leave the field to be examined by a doctor. Where an independent doctor confirms a serious head injury then a 4th substitute is petmitted.

In situations like Murray at Newcastle then a 4th substitute is immediately available

The thing with "gentlemens' agreements" is that the other side should behave like gentlemen as well and they were clearly faking an injury so bollocks to them
