There was one large house for sale in Upper Brighton Rd near the Downlands Pub a couple of months ago.

Not the house in question I dont think but 53 Upper Brighton Rd is a 4 bedroomed house that sold for £323K in 2008 and then again last year for £450k which is not to shabby according to zoopla.

We're not going to hand him over to them when he signed a 3 year contract last summer.

Exactly; he's got another 2 years. However the deluded fools seem to think that he is, and that he'd definitely go to them and not one of the many other teams that I'm sure would be very interested in signing him this summer if he was a free agent.
