Anyone else run this yesterday, another great event. Saw loads of QPR, Norwich & Barca shirts, no Albion ones.

I ran this last year, and never again. Far too crowded with so called runners walking the course from the start blocking the road chatting. Great course but need to organise runners abilities better. Worthing 10k next week, thats much better.

Was a bit crowded but a good laugh(!)
