Ive seen a van for Albion lofts in and around Hanover quite a lot but dont know if they are any good

Mine was £25k for two rooms, including stair case and dormer, and the Hip end being raised to a Gable end.

fair enough, what is the rough range 10-30k?

we are talking a semi 3 bed house loft conversion, only want rough figures as its somthing that we are going to be doing a couple of years down the line (obviously figures will change by then)

With architects plans, building reg charges for a two bedroom and one bathroom conversion along with staircase it cost me just under £30k a couple of years ago on one of my properties.

25k would seem sensible. Mine was a bit less but that was 4 years ago now.
