Did they not have toilets on the coaches? Also why launch the complaint now?

I know that some coach companies who do football trips use them for schools contract runs in the week , if the toilet is out of order it doesn't have to be emptied. If you weigh more than 10 stone you'll find it a tight squeeze inside a coach toilet compartment.
