i know its boring Premiershite crap but i've just seen their team starting against Villa:

Reina; Johnson, Kyriagos, Skrtel, Konchesky; Meireles, Maxi, Lucas, Kuyt; Ngog, Babel.

I cannot believe this is a Liverpool team, it is soooo weak.

Without Gerrard, Carragher, and Torres they really are a distinctly average team, if those three were out for a large part of the season they really would be relegation candidates.

I don't want to go all Daily Mail on you, but the foreign players are all pretty shit too. By all means snap up the cream of the continental talent (Reina, Torres), but Ngog? Lucas? Babel?

erm, thats why they are out of Champions league and started so badly. it not news. though i dont know why people dont rate Kuyt, he's top draw player who id love to have in any team.

Johnson is an average premiership right back. He is in the England team by default. Have you seen his international performance? Theyre laughable.

They are only winning this as Villa are very poor and are on a big decline. Houllier was always a disastrous appointment, unless something changes they are relegation candidates next season
