A strange lot Liverpudlians, they aren't the first to do it, and they certainly won't be the last.

They seem to have an agenda all of their own.

So what. I don’t see why the queen needs saving by god and I don’t know why people are expected to sing along in agreement.

Time to get rid.

Btw city fans were ignoring it too.

It's no big deal. They have their reasons. It's just a song that folk identify with or they don't. I quite like it. But it's just a song.

its a song about the monarchy. Why should anyone give a flying f*** about them, let alone sing a song about them.

Antiquated nonsense should be abolished.

so you'd be ok with those same fans booing another countries national anthem? or fans booing during the knee?

there's a matter of etiquette with national anthems, whether you like them or not.

Man City and Liverpool fans are so unlikable, but I couldn’t care less about this really.

There’s a lot more and bigger reasons to dislike them than that.

Ah, that's what I love about the men's game.

Flares thrown onto the pitch. It adds SO much more to the atmosphere.

I have heard it all now - football fans expected to have a sense of etiquette. Perhaps they should be required to say grace before they chuck a burger down their throats. Load of pompous nonsense.
