The posh bit
No idea how he would know how good the game was ( or not)
I was in a box 2 along from him shearer toure etc
He spent the entire 2 half inside on computer as if he was at work in the city.
At least jenas and shearer cane out and watched.

Complete phoney. ****

I too was rather infuriated by the frankly bizarre ending to the pundits summary’s. At half time they were very much behind our approach, applauding our ‘plucky’ work rate and our tactical setup.... after a better second half from us, it would seem, we were awful, terrible and deserved to lose to a ‘poor’ Man City... WTF?!?

Aside from being unbelievable, patronising and borderline insulting, they side stepped how well we contained City so convincingly for much of the game. As others have said; the back five, Knocky, Bisouma and DP/DS and even Ali deserve huge credit.

I’m immensely proud in defeat tonight, and now CH needs those levels vs the Cherries.

Bring it on.

As for the beeb, well they ought to look back at those post match comments and ask whether they were impartial, fair and just plain good enough?

The beeb have never been impartial, they don't know the meaning of it !

I remember in my early years ( 1960s ) their 'Sportsview' Saturday night programme was dubbed by 90% of viewers as 'Spursview'

I really don't give a flying fig about Linakers comments......I sat here in Spain surrounded by my mates who support, Spurs, Chelski, Manure etc. and they all said Brighton played well, stifled and rattled City who seemed to think it a walk over. We all thought it a straight red, at normal speed it was - but VAR in slo-mo disguises this. Everyone played their own part but the stand outs had to be AK, DS, SD and Lewis Dunk....if ever a player had B&HA in his blood stream it's him. So thank you - I was proud!

A great post, covering so many truths.

So proud of Dunk, Hughton and BHAFC.

He was probably writing the BBC Sport report on the game, which concluded with:

Cobham services for a coffee ...got stuck on the Harrow Rd for ages

Not too long now, we got back about 9ish, met up with our nephews for a yak.
Thought it was a great atmosphere, might have nicked an equaliser at the end, but sadly didnt.
Shame that tw@t Walker didn't go!

WTF is that all about?

My son, who only has eyes for BHAFC, just asked me why the media love ManC and the London clubs?

London clubs I think is because so many people in the media live there and support London clubs (whether they admit it or not).

ManC .... God knows? Perhaps pricks jumping on the success bandwagon, hypnotised by Guardiola’s cheque book?

Football Focus this morning was a joke. A w@nk off in the citeh dressing room, small mention of Brighton, followed by a long section about how good Wolves and Watford are.

The BBC used to do good sports programmes. It's now just shocking.

Timed it - 13 minutes on ManC, followed by a token 3 on the Albion.

Jugged eared **** he should go back to shitting himself on the football pitch.

He’s gone down in my estimation with those comments.
