I suspect our Liam probably hit that time in your job when you think 'ah f*** it, I've no chance of playing for this shower of shit so who gives a f***'. Cue bad behaviour and a bit of petulance etc. I've had the same in past jobs and you deliberately go into self destruct mode just to spice things up a bit, wind your boss up and get back at them etc. With the right manager and regular footy he'll be no problem.
