Another one of those players who have a good three-four months when breaking into the first team and because they are home grown, expectations and peoples opinion of their ability go through the roof.

Fact is he is not better than Greer, Upson or El-Abd and it'd be the best for his career if we sold him.

The FACTS are that he has achieved more at the same age than Greer or El-Abd and that he will almost certainly be a better player than Ups on or Greer in a couple of seasons.

Yep. What is the point of playing Dunk in the development squad. A season out on loan, albeit a League 1 side, will give him game time and experience.
Greer and Upson are coming to the end of their careers, Dunk might be needed in the future.

Come ON people. With the age of Greer, Upson and Adam surely Dunk is one for the future. We need to start thinking 2 or 3 years down the line...

Wasnt rhe FACup game at Liverpool the beginning of Dunk's decline? Maybe another cup tie isn't the most auspicious occasion for a return :lolol:

imho Upson is much better than Greer and Greer is much better than ElAbd. Lewis Dunk looked as if he had the potential to be a decent championship defender. One hopes he fulfils that promise.

I hope he gets a game tomorrow. By the sounds of it El-Abd hasn't had a good time of it last couple of games so if he impresses he could move up the pecking order.
