If they play an U21s game at The Amex there is a good possibility he would get called up as they tend to includea player from that club eg Peter Ward at The Goldstone.

My concern about that is that I think that Murray will get the better of him in the air. That is the only area that we miss Murray, both defending and attacking corners in the air.

I fear we may have to face the inevitable and enjoy it while we have him, lets face it...if man city come in and offer BIG money and champions league football playing alongside Aguero 
Just shows how far we as a club have come, we should IF it happens get a good fee!!
Lets hope IF it does happen he shows a bit loyalty and stays till next season to help our push to the end!

Well let's just remember that we are only 7 games into the season, and LD has played that few games at even Championship level. Clubs will look at the guy, and maybe Gus is talking the attention up a bit soon yet.
Somehow, we hung onto Lawrenson for several seasons - and he was probably one of the best defenders ever to play in the beautiful game, if not THE best.
