I still havent received my letter for my season ticket for next season.

Im not paying by direct debit , im paying it off all in 1 go

Just seems everyone i spoke to has got theres.

I think the letter is only to confirm the direct debit mate.

Its a letter to confirm the DD only, although have received mine a few weeks ago I got one yesterday saying my bank had rejected the DD instruction.

Rang the bank last night and no DD instructions have been rejected, so its probably somebody at the club who have entered the wrong numbers on the system, although nobody will answer the bloody DD helpline phone.

Lovely letter informing me that as the DD has failed I would have to pay it all in one go, nice polite customer services

If you're not paying by direct debit you don't need a letter. You had confirmation and receipts when you bought the tickets. I haven't had one either.
