I agree with most of that, MM may or may not be the man for the job but the rest is quite accurate.

Our present position is completely & utterly unsustainable, irrespective of who is in charge. Over the next 5 years we need to concentrate on staying in league, let alone this division. Get used to it! Every week we play a team that have at least 1 player who cost more than our entire squad. What do you expect? Don't you think that McGhee would have liked to have signed Fryatt? Instead we are stuck with the likes of McPhee, who couldn't even cut it at conference level. We have to rely upon 2nd division players playing out of position, and championship players 5 years past their sell by date! We will be back, but not for another 5 years.
