Please not McGhee. What's he ever done? Does anyone like him or respect his work?

Well, he took us from lower Div 2 to the Div 1 playoffs (should have been automatic promotion as we came 2nd) in 2 seasons.

Not bad. He can work on a limited budget and is good in the transfer market.

However (there is also a "but"), he is the least loyal manager under the sun, having left Reading, Leicester, and Wolves (albeit by mutual consent).

There's no point looking for a loyal manager because they don't exist.

Has McGhee ever walked out quicker than Coppell did on us? He walked at the first opportunity whereas McGhee puts in a few years wherever he goes. Wasn't he at Reading for 3 years?

Agreed, I think Mcghee would be fine, and all his sides play football.
No such thing as loyalty anymore, and if we get the nod for Falmer soon the job will become a lot more desirable.
