The ref was a disgrace, he bottled out of 2 or 3 crunching fouls on Knight.

Maybe Mr Knight's reputation for (allegedly) diving precedes him? This could be damaging for the team. Will any referee give any disputed 50/50 ball to Knight? ???

And that was a penalty.

I was sitting in line with the foul on McPhee, it was a clear cut penalty to me. In fact it was the closest we had to a real chance all game :(

Did look like a penalty and sadly definitely was the closest chance we had all day.

As I mentioned on a previous thread, Knight dives constantly and it's starting to annoy me. He is a good player and doesn't need to. He dived a couple of times today, and he is fast building up a rep within division 2. Refereees think he's play acting even if it is a foul. Having said that, the referee couldn't distinguish between a dive and a punch in the stomach.:glare:
