Which of these clubs do you wish would drop into obscurity?

My vote would be Reading. I f***ing HATE that club. I really, really f***ing HATE THEM!

I wish Micky and Leicester all the best.

Peter -thanks, and good luck at Hull.

I really hope Bobby does it for Spurs and then ENGLAND.

PALACE can go to hell in a rickety hand cart. Croydon scum always floats to the surface but this time the surface is the Conference league.

Sorry, but I just had to get this off my chest.

I couldn't give a flying f*** about Hull, Leicester or Spurs.

Palarse are scum.

Reading are almost as much scum. Soon they will be an Orient to us.

Thanks Fatboy -I know that was from the heart.

I reiterate that also HATE Reading for poaching the best manager since, erm -well Micky Adams.

Just why do I hate Reading so much more than Leicester?

Don't no why you hate reading as copps was more than happy to go and that means coppell is even more a palace scum and not loyal.:nono:

What a shower.

I'll be perfectly honest, 99.99% of Reading fans couldn't give a flying one about Brighton. To get anything close to football "hatred", you at least have to have mutual rivalry in return.

So we've got money? If Wigan came in for Coppell/Sidwell/anyone else then surely they'd be the same. I guarantee any dislike for Reading will end in about 6 months time. I sense that because (a) Coppell is doing well, and (b) you've had a few poor results, then you feel like that V V T, but by the time you get a new manager you won't care less when you're back at the top of Div 2.

At the moment, some RFC fans wish the worst upon West Ham, but the rest of us just concentrate on our own club and don't let other outfits stand in the way of our own progression. Think about Falmer first and unleash any hatred on those holding it up, then the rest on Palace.

Berks is right. Put the fury towards Coppell himself rather than Reading. We all want Pardew to fail now, no matter which club he is at. The only way I will ever want Brighton to fail is if you got McGhee or Pardew (or even a double act  ) as manager. But even then I'd still be thinking about them rather than the club they're at.

Wilts is right.

We don't have any real rivalry with Reading but we do have an increasing hatred for Coppout who I hope fails at everything he does-especially at Reading simply because he left us in the shit to go to them. It has nothing to do with me really hating RFC although, like Chesterfield before them, their fans were disrespectful of our championship believing that they deserved it more:yawn:

I suspect McGhee becoming our manager could create a temporary rivalry: they would hate our manager and consequently will want him to fail and we already hate Coppout and wish him nothing but failure.

Our real beef is really with Madejski who decided to go and get Coppell regardless.

Don't forget Reading also nicked Steve Sidwell.

Even so I don't hate Reading. I would like to think we could emulate them and eventually overtake them and assume our rightful place above them.

Yes, but aren't you lot almost EXACTLY like Milton Keynes' new team, except even their fans are actually more interested ?

I notice no mention of 'Wimbledon Keynes' as disliked in this thread, even though they do deserve a mention .

I'm afraid Wilts, that you will have to realise that Brighton fans want your lot to do badly for more reasons than just copout (who will drop his chest-high trousers for Manure if they whistled in his direction).

After our experiences as a 'bought and sold-out' club, disregarded by business leaches arser and cuntotti in their quest to make a few quid (we hate them more than anything, if that's a comfort to you), we see these big-ego chairbastards as treacherous slime......and it so happens your treacherous slime has been sliding over our way a little more than anyone can be comfortable with, and at our expense every time, and this is after our humble low-funded club BEAT YOUR SHIT to the top of the division quite recently and outplayed you in EVERY encounter.

It's a policy of "if you can't beat 'em buy their engine-room and leave them to shrivel" that sticks in the craw .

To hell with reading, it really is scum, and now I hate your 'couldn't give a flying-one' attitude. Get with it Wilts, you usually have a couple of interesting perspectives - but right now you don't and you aren't trying to see ours either. It comes across as glib . Glib is about the shitest attitude to have about our club and REAL football that isn't bought off the shelf to the highest bidder.

I will cheer for every team that beats the crud out of readung, and that includes crapstool polish . The ONLY time I will be likely to shout "COME ON PALACE" will be against your lot.

You would really cheer Palace against Reading? Reading are here today gone tomorrow, Palace are the true enemy.

They're not even the real enemy anymore-what is it? One season in how many?

Our real immediate enemies are any person or persons getting in the way of Falmer. Get us settled in there and moving forward again and then we can start our hate affair with the pikeys with a vengence.

Palace hate us. They are vermin.

How many clubs changed their nickname just to piss off their enemy? I can only think of one...us!

Yes they are the real enemy. So what we hardly play them. They will always be the real enemy. They are scum.

And relax...

By the way. The only people from Reading FC who have pissed off BHA are:

Steve Coppell
John Madejski

Madejski because of his stance, and Coppell because he left. Pardew is not an employee of RFC any more, and hence we hate him as much as you do.

Sidwell was on loan to BHA and Pardew liked the look of him, so he brought him in. Blame Pardew.

Junior Lewis bid was by Pardew, again his fault.

Steve Brown was never linked with going to BHA apart from the link that he's from Brighton. Never was there a link to his name really. He is Pardew's mate from Charlton so there was never really any doubt from day one. Been linked with him years before.

Rougier was kept on, yep, you guessed it, by Pardew.

The only person who thought that we "deserved" to be champions was again, Pardew.

So basically we've hardly screwed BHA over at all. Just Coppell moving to us. Madejski's stance is probably frowned upon by the whole industry, so its hardly a reason to hate us.

Most of the dislike for RFC is due to Pardew's actions, and the rest is due to Coppell leaving. So the reason for you to dislike us is about the same as us and West Ham. (a) Don't like the Chairman's actions, and (b) they've got our manager which screwed us up for a few games.
